Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows and to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us link. Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
There will be no refunds or credits of Service Fees (i) for partial months of Service access, (ii) for any upgrade or downgrade of the Service, or (iii) for any period of time during which you don't use the Service, but have not cancelled your Account.
